The old bar and tavern in Hallowell is located just off the Highway. It is on a slab foundation with a large parking area. Most of the owner's belongings will be left behind. It is a nice location in a rural community. The trees are very impressive on all the sides of the building for ample shade. The original stage, mirrors, bar, and smoke pit (not functioning) add character. The wall down the middle can be removed to put it back to an open floor concept again. There is a leak in the roof above the kitchen and a tree did some damage on the E side of the roof recently. You will love the yard and what the area has to offer. Sold as is!
